Doubts About Purity After Menstrual Cycle
Assalamu Alaikum, when I checked if I was pure from menses, i thought I saw clear discharge but I was pretty sure it was just water so I didn’t take ghusl. When I checked later, I found yellow discharge. I’m not sure whether I saw clear discharge before or water. What should I do in such cases? Take ghusl or not? JazakAllahu Khairan

In matters of Ibadah or customs/etiquettes, we do not base our decisions on doubts or suspicions. If there is doubt, then one should choose the course of action which provides ease and not discomfort. As soon as one is certain about a matter, then the related course of action should be followed. The only thing is that one needs to be honest in their assessment.
