Some individuals identify themselves as “Submitters” and follow a Quran-only approach. They consider the Qur’an to be the sole source of religion, which is understandable in principle. However, they go further and completely reject Hadith — not only as a source of law, but even as a valid historical record, which differs from your approach where Hadith is considered an important source of historical understanding of the Prophet’s life and message.

In addition, they strongly promote the “Code 19” theory and refer to Surah Muddathir (74:30) – “Over it is nineteen” as proof of its divine significance.

Most notably, they believe that Rashad Khalifa was a Messenger (Rasool) after Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and they often refer to Surah Aal-e-Imran (3:81) to support this claim — even though mainstream understanding is that the verse refers to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) himself.

“And [recall] when Allah took the covenant of the prophets, [saying], ‘Whatever I give you of the Scripture and wisdom and then there comes to you a messenger confirming what is with you, you [must] believe in him and support him.’”

    My question is:

What is your view on these beliefs — especially the rejection of Hadith as a historical source, the Code 19 theory, and the claim that Rashad Khalifa was a Messenger after Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)?
