Gazing At Other Men Or Women Dressed Inappropriately
Assalamu Alaikum, am I sinful as a woman to look at other women or men dressed inappropriately, for example if a woman’s stomach is showing and I look at her, is it a sin? Also, is awrah like the thigh considered a private part? JazakAllahu Khairan.

Men and women are advised to guard their gaze. Unintentional glancing are forgiven, but intentional gazing at inappropriate things is sinful.
