Do embroidered necklines on shirts as typical of wedding cloths, fall under Zeenat to be covered or what is revelaled as part of clothing ?

I have a follow up question though : there are very clearly distinctly embroidered necks and bosoms especially on fancy dresses sometimes however some amount of simple embroidery or printed decorations are found on everyday clothes aswell. Will the same ruling apply to those aswell since they aren’t fancy cloths, just decent everyday ones made to look better with use of prints and some embroidery along the neck lines . I guess what I’m asking is at what point do cloths become Zeenat especially because the cloth ( duppatta) used to cover it will also be some form of pretty cloth

Since the chest area of a woman is also like other private parts, therefore the ruling to hide any Zeenat on chest area is very specific in Quran. If there is any adornment on chest area, then it need not be displayed in front of Na-mahram people. If it is something too basic to be considered as an adornment, then it may not be required to be hidden. But this needs to be decided by the person themselves.

I see! Sometimes the duppatta themselves are fancy which might defeat the purpose if they are more fancier than the dress or draped in a manner that can emphasise the chest, so let me ask this :
If the covering is less fancy( simpler in comparison) than the cloths so that it takes less attention than the actual dress , is that alright?
If the covering is fancy but large and draped in a way that the bosom is no longer prominent( like a curtain falling over the body ) in any way, is that acceptable ?
I am asking because a lot of normal duppattas have some decorations aswell but don’t really attract attention in the outer outfit.

From what I understand cloths usually are a form of Zeenat, albeit a mild one, coming under “what is usually apparent “ except for bosom area so that should be covered in front of na mahram. But is it possible that the khimar ( coverings-scarfs, duppattas in my culture ) will also come into “ what is usually apparent” unless used in a way that is obviously defeating the purpose ? I ask because, since asking this question, I have noticed most duppattas are also pretty adorned cloths themselves , they serve their purpose because they usually cover the general chest area shape and add an extra layer of clothing. If I like the colour of someone’s scarf, I may notice it more but I’m definitely not noticing that area ( but I’m also not a man). I hope this isn’t silly, I’ve become very anxious about what how simple my duppatta should be and that only thing that seems to be no adornment is a plain black one as that can’t possibly be pretty.

Day to day clothes and dupattas which are accepted and known to the society as day to day are not considered that kind of zeenat which is required to be covered. They may include minor embroidery or regular designing. But this has to be decided by the person whether or not this is the case.
