I m currently watching GHAMIDI sb qiraat ka ikhtilaq at first I was really confuse what qiraat was , but now I believe i have grasped it correct me if I m worng. Here is what I understand :

So baiscally prophet recited the final recitation in quresh dialect that was written down in uthmanic rasm . Now uthamnic rasm has no diateraical marks so it can allow diff recitations by text including the final rectitaion as called as QIRAAT akhirah and other earlier recitations .now since hafs matches the uthamnic rasm and also the quresh dialect we can say it is the same and only rectitaion ( the final one) that which we call QIRAAT akhirah. Since hafs fits the uthamn rasm and seems to be the default recitation of the uthamnaic rasm and is the same way by which prophet rectiated the final time GHAMIDI sb says that then hafs is the acutally that QIRAAT akhirah. Now the other recitaions like warsh may fit the rasm but at some places these qurra took ikhtiyar and copied the earlier recitation which dosent seem to be the exact recitation of the prophet and the uthamn rasm and becomes abnormal can’t be that rectiataion which was prophet final one and correct recitation of uthmanic rasm that which we called QIRAAT akhirah and also supported by quran surah qiyamah that we need to follow that final recitation that rest r just akbar e ahad
    IS MY ABOVE UNDERSTANDING CORRECT

    Yes your understanding is correct.

Just little correction, there were muslim from various regions. They pronounced it slight differently. For the time being prophet allowed it. However, after completion of quran recitation was finalised in qureshi dialect
