Qasr
Assalamu Alaikum, when can qasr be prayed? Is there such a thing that if we stay for more than 4 or 19 days, qasr cant be prayed? JazakAllahu Khairan.

There is no mention of specific days in Shariah. The holy Quran states that prayer can be shortened when there is a state of fear. See, 4: 104
This guides us that it is the state of unrest that allows prayer to be shortened.
Fuqaha mentioned days from the perspective of the travel of their time. Days can’t define the unrest now.
