I’m not sure about the video, but I can share my understanding.
Khimar is a triangular headscarf that women used to wear in earlier times. According to my understanding, Ghamidi sb refers to it as “Urhani” in Urdu.
Men and women are instructed to cover their ‘awrah’ (satr). The ‘awrah of a woman in front of her mahrams especially male is her entire body except that which usually appears such as the face and hair, neck, forearms and feet. Awrah is something that must be covered even in front of mahrams for both men and women.
When the Qur’an mentions khimar, it’s in the context of meeting with non-mahrams. So while khimar refers to the headscarf, women are also instructed to cover their chests with it. This doesn’t mean the chest isn’t already part of the awrah, it emphasizes that the headscarf should be draped over the chest as well.
So, from my understanding, hijab for women includes both covering the awrah and wearing a headscarf (khimar).
The Qur’an also instructs Muslim women to cover their faces with a jilbab in a particular context. I believe this was a specific instruction for a specific situation. A jilbab is something similar to a burqa or a long outer garment that women in Arab regions used to wear.
I hope this explanation helps.JazakAllah!
