Zakat
We have got zakat from Sunnah but many of the scholers didn’t tell about zakat in production, i.e. 5, 10 and 20%. It is not in people’s practice, so basically we are seeing difference in this Sunnah.
How did we get these percentage 5, 10 & 20% and why scholers have net been telling it to people ?

It is there in knowledge and practice. The terms they use are different. Usr (10%), Nisf Ushr (5%) and Khums (20%). See any book of Fiqh

Thanks for responding.
First of all, its no there in people’s practice (5, 10 & 20), there are lot of scholers who are advising people only 2.5 zakat and they don’t know about zakat in production (5, 10 & 20). Second, I want to know the source of zakat’s process at the time beloved Nabi. If it has mentioned in the book of fiqh, please provide the name of book.

This is not in your knowledge, dear.
The farmers take out 10th or 20th parts of their crops as Ushr and nisf ushr. You may visit any village or a farmer, and they can tell you. There are other kinds of zakat on animals. It has a different nisab. These are all in the practice of the Ummah.
To learn about the practice during the time of the Prophet, please refer to the chapters on zakat in the books of Ahadith, such as Bukhari and Muslim, among others.
