Allah has defined his uniqueness in first verse with the word Ahad which means their is nothing like Him in every way then in verse 4 why their is a need to say again that heir is nothing like Him I want understand the purpose of defining twice in the same surah. Thanks

The first verse tells that He is the One in His person; there is no other independent God like him. The last tells that no one in any of His attributes equals Him, which means there is also no lesser god.
