Tiktok is a plateform, inherentl it is not haram. Its use can be haram or permissible.If you share fawahish, polytheistic material then yes its use is haram.

It is said that you do not know while swiping what will come next so you might end up seeing a bit of Haram. Also i have a person working in house who is 17 he uses tiktok and watches FreeFire game videos a game in which there is firing snd human cartoons. Should i stop him?

But watching games videos is not haram unless it falls under categories defined in verse 7:33
