Can i force a guy who works at my home is younger than me and is 17 to come with me and pray in congregation. I fear that he might find practising Religion difficult so i allow him to pray at home as long as he does not miss prayer.

You cannot force anyone in their religious duties. You can only preach to him with wisdom. Talk to him when he is willing to listen.
