Aslamalaikum,
In the photo below is a Barcelona Football logo,where if you watch there is a cross logo,but I search and find that is a simbol of history of Catalogna,and not something thath os religious.
My question is ,is pernissible to wear such shirts,and what about the validità of the prayer?

Since it does not reflect something polytheistic, it is allowed to wear.

It does not affect the validity of prayer.
Polytheism is haram, and therefore anything polytheistic is haram.
