Barrier In Wudu
if I made wudu and thought that my wudu was valid and prayed Salah however later on discovered that there was actually a barrier preventing water from reaching an area do I need to repeat the prayer even if the time for that prayer has passed

It is not obligatory to repeat the prayer. If you do, it would be voluntarily.
