Assalamualaikum, I am from Kashmir, I am a 28 year old Muslim female and I want to marry an honest Muslim guy. But my parents are unreasonably against our marriage. They say we can’t allow you to marry someone from other caste. It will be disrespectful for our entire family and people (relatives) will say mean things etc.

But I really want to marry this person who was an atheist before but got his faith because of you, Ghamidi Sir

He has lost his biological parents in a tragedy and he considers you as his guardian. That’s why I am asking this question to you. Can we go for a court marriage? Is it permissible in Islam ( in our situation) ?

And is there any chance that you can be the one conducting the nikah ceremony? (Online)

    Normally in islam hadith

Abu Musa Ashri (r.a) bayan karte hain ke Nabi(S.A.W) ne farmaya: “Wali ke bagair Nikah nahi hai.”.

Narrated by Abu Dawood (2085), al-Tirmidhi (1101) and Ibn Maajah (1881) from Abu Moosa al-Ash’ari; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi

However if boy is right good in financial situation religious and a respectful person and more than ever he is totally fit for you then it is right in your situation as your parents just rejected him for cast however keep the situation of your area as Balochistan recent case is on fire life is important than love Don’t make move in emotion just stay calm and rational
