How To Determine If Your Period Has Begun And Ended
I was taught that whatever discharge ( reddish brown) that precedes menses is part of menses. This makes sense as thats how menses start for a lot of women (as the uterine lining will start breaking at different rates- with gushing blood or small amounts of blood mixed with mucous). I am much more confused about how it ends and when to start praying? In this case I was taught that the u will wait for white discharge (signalling purity ) or insert cloths to determine whether there is coloured discharge still present in the canal or not and if there is complete dryness then u can start praying. There are some different opinions regarding this, I find this this gives the most clear answer that I can actually reliably follow but I’m not sure if is the most correct? Could someone guide me ?
