Unable To Clean Impurity On Clothes & Salah Time
If a person has urine in his underwear and he is out of his home and there is no way to clean the impurity. Can he pray salah or is it better to do Was a and praye later after purifying himself or let’s say it’s Maghrib time and the person can get pure by Isha . Can he then join the prayers at that time?

How much urine we are talking about here?

If the quantity is minor, one may ignore it and say the prayer. If it is not ignorable one may take off ones underwear and say the prayer. If removing the underwear is not possible then one should say that prayer and may repeat it afterwards, if one wants to repeat it, otherwise the prayer is done.
