The savagery that we see in the wild like tigers cutting a deer for example into pieces while she at times is still alive contradicts with the idea presented in abrahamic religions of a merciful God ? Yes, the God described in Quran does overthrow nations if they commit sinful acts but what is the reason for the killing of this poor deer if there is no hisaab kitaab for her. If someone says that there is hisab kitab for animals as well then the argument gets even more murkier as for example how can God punish a tiger who was just acting on its instincts!

    Thanks

God has not revealed every detail of His divine plan. We do not know exactly what He intends for animals, but that uncertainty does not mean they are insignificant or without purpose. Based on what we understand of God’s nature—His justice and mercy—we can trust that He will also account for the suffering of animals and grant them their due recompense.
