Quran 41:10 And 41:11 Are Confusing And Somewhat Contradicting. Please Help
(41:10) (After creating the earth) He set up firm mountains on it, blessed it,11 and provided it with sustenance in proportion to the needs of all who seek (sustenance). All this was done in four days.
(41:11) Then He turned to the heaven while it was all smoke.He said to the heaven and the earth: “Come (into being), willingly or unwillingly.” They said: “Here we come (into being) in willing obeisance.”It seems like earth was created in 41:10 and then again 41:11

There is a problem in the translation. In the verse 11, ‘come’ has been translated as come into being, which is wrong. This call is for obedience to something which is already there.

Thank you for your reply. The link doesn’t take me to the specific translation. Still even if we correct the translation mistake you identified, 41:10 points toward an existing earth but then 41:11 says that heavens were still smoke. While heaven were still smoke, how earth came to existence before heaven because earth is also a part of heavens.
