When To Wear Ihram For Umrah When Staying In Jeddah For One Night?

I along with my wife are flying from London to Jeddah to perform UMRA.We would be landing at midnight at Jeddah , can we stay that night at Jeddah in hotel and in the morning wear , Ehram’ and then travel by road to Makkah and perform UMRA , after leaving luggage in hotel at Makkah.
Or Do we have to wear ‘ Ehram, before boarding the flight at London.

Yes, you can stay and perform the umrah later. It is not compulsory to perform the umrah forthwith.
You may choose to wear Ahram before you board the plane or after landing. In the latter case, you have to wear ihram from the prescribed Meeqat.

Thank you for addressing my query. Kindly elaborate; in my situation, can I wear Ehram and do Niyat and nafal at Hotel in Jeddah or I have to stopover at Miqat between Jeddah and Makkah?

If you wear an ahram and make niyat on the plane, you can still go to the hotel and perform umarah later. If you do not make niyat in the plane, then you have to go to the prescribed meeqat to make niyat, wear ahram, and say nafal.
