Property In Name Of Son, Inheritence Share Of Daughter?
As Salaam Alaykum,
I want to ask if the father had bought property on the name of their sons. After the demise of father, daughters also want to have share in this property as per the Islamic law, so is this right for daughters to ask for share in this property after the demise of father ?

If the property is registered in the name of sons, it is their property. Daughters can ask for a share in it.
