Objectionable Name Of The Artist But Not The Lyrics
If the song lyrics are okay but the artists name is Islamically not okay for e.g may have some elements of shirk or obscenity then should we not listen to the track?

If the lyrics are not objectionable then you can listen to the song.

Isn’t everything to be taken in account while dealing with something? Like the lyrics aren’t bad but doesn’t it give an impression to the artist that use of such names is okay?

And if it’s a concept album in which songs are tied together interrelated like a story choosing one song of such an album while rejecting rest if not with okay lyrics would this be okay? And what about a concept suggested by the artist which goes against teachings of Islam but the song can be seen in many ways? The artists meaning still remains would it be equivalent to promoting it
