Can We Adopt Through Surrogacy
Assalamallikum Sir kindly guide we are in USA and it’s not easy to adopt a new born. Me and my wife can’t have kids because I have azoospermia and I can’t have kids. Only miracle could happen. When I heard small talk in ur lecture about how and why surrogacy is legal, so if my wife want to surrogate my brother and his wife kid my wife will become the mother to the kid born and if I decide to adopt the kid it solves our problem. It be my brothers n his wife egg n sperm, my wife will only use her body for surrogacy and intentions are from the beginning to adopt a kid. Jazakallah

Surrogacy is allowed if there is a genuine need for it. However, giving up child for adoption violates basic rights of the child which is not allowed (even to surrogate mother).
