Self Pleasure Haram?

I have heard a renown scholar saying that there is an hadees
Allah unki trf dekhyga ni qiyamat k din Jo khud sy nikkah krty hy
And he linked it to the self pleasure practice.
He didn’t qoute any reference.
I wanted to ask that is this really a hadees? Is it zaeef or sahih? And how can one view this in light of Quran and what does khud sy nikkah means.
If is sahih does it should be view in light of the ayat srf wife or londi sy istafada kia jaskta or Kisi sy ni… Does one can view it in that light?
