Marriage Not Working
I want to ask if my husband is not providing me but only paying rent and leaving me and my daughter alone to do everything like groceries school dropping my daughter shopping removing snow and etc do I have the right to not listen or not do anything for him? He says do it for me first make me happy and than I will make you happy he says he loves me but torture me mentally what are my rights?

If he does not fulfil his duties, he can’t demand any obedience from you. You can take khula if the marriage does not work. You can do your job to meet your expenses.
