Is Following A Minority Opinion Count As Following Whims
when there is a majority opinion that this thing is haram or the opposite and the minority opinion says its halal, would it count as following whim because the majority says this and you must follow ijma or consensus in islam so is it consensus if majority says this or if only all says this and if you are following the minority would it count as following what is convinent because you are following halal over haram or no?

Majority opinions is not always correct. It is only the argument which is valid or not.
Following Ijma or majority opinion belongs to political or collective matters.
