I Have Attraction Towards My Mother’s Step Brother.They Share Same Father.No Matter How Much I Have Tried,I Can’t Move On.
Under Any Possible Circumstances,Marrying Him Will Be Permissible?Like Any?

Asking such a sensitive question takes courage, and you have shown responsibility by doing so.According to Islamic law, your mother’s step-brother, who shares the same father with her, is considered your maternal uncle. Whether he is a full brother or a half-brother, having a common father is enough to establish the relationship. Marriage with a maternal uncle or aunt is permanently forbidden in Islam, and there is no exception or loophole for this. All schools of Islamic jurisprudence agree on this, and Surah An-Nisa, verse 23 of the Quran, reflects this principle.So, the clear and definite answer is that under no condition or circumstance is marriage with him permissible.However, having any kind of attraction or feelings in the heart is not a sin, because a person is accountable for their deliberate actions, not the emotions that arise naturally. What is important is that a person recognizes the limit set by Allah and refrains from crossing it, and by asking this question, you have shown exactly that responsible attitude.
