  • Isn'T Parda Just Uswa Hasana Of Muhammad'S (pbuh) Wives?

Can we use this as a point or argument to establish that Parda and hard speech ( to not be soft in speech) isn’t fard for all muslim women since it was just asked of only Muhammad’s (pbuh) wives? I am saying this in response to Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza’s views. Since he has a stance that all men/muslims aren’t obligated to do things that are just uswa hasana of Muhammad (pbuh) in Islam, but when it comes to women specifically, uswa hasana of Muhammad’s (pbuh) wives becomes obligatory. If he doesn’t bring the Ahadith to translate all the parda ayaat, how convincing is this uswa hasana not being obligatory statement?
Another question I have is that, is there Hadith/s where it’s obvious that Muslim women/sahabiyat r.a followed this parda as an obligatory Sunnah of Deen? Since if that’s reported in any way that it can be portrayed as recorded sunnah, in other words Hadith (Since his stance is that Hadith and Sunnah are sort of same, Hadith being recorded Sunnah)?

This is not a self-established argument to consider that the instructions given to the wives of the Prophet were obligatory for other women. The wives of the prophet were told that they did not have to be treated equally by the prophet, but this does not apply to other women. They claim equal rights from their husband.

Sahabiyat did not adopt the Hijab of the Prophet’s wives; rather, they were forbidden from adopting the Hijab of the wives, which was their special protocol.

Thank you for this, but what I am asking here is that if we can raise this point against what Engineer Muhammad Ali Marza’s views of Parda? The point that I raised? Can we say that this is just Uswa Hasna so how does he have the authority to say it is obligatory? I know the points you presesnted are stronger, but sometimes people just understand the language of phakki. haha

It is not an uswa for other women because other women were first excluded and then the protocols for the wives were given to them.
