Living in a Muslim majority country can a person eat meat from restaurants or if someone gives it to him and you are not sure about whether Allah’s name was taken or not?

I saw Dr Khalid zaheer stance he says that only if you are absolutely sure that one can never miss not pronouncing the name of Allah whole slaughtering till them you can eat food from them without second guessing. But even in a Muslim country we aren’t absolutely sure

It is about the custom or practice. In a Muslim country, since there is little chance that someone may not pronounce the name of God while slaughtering an animal, there is no need to investigate. Deen is easy, and therefore one should not bother oneself unnecessarily.

Even if one pays for the meat?
