Can I pray fajr right after sehri time has ended?
Also do i need to wait to azaan to pray if i am praying individually?

“When the time for Fajr begins, the time for Sehri (pre-dawn meal) ends. So you can check the Sehri ending time according to your local area and offer the prayer without waiting for the Adhan. There is no issue in this. The people of the mosque give the Adhan according to their convenience and the timing of their congregation (jama‘ah).”
