Which is the easiest (comparatively) Quran translation by sir Ghamidi , I want to begin reading it but can’t find accurate information on internet/YouTube , al-mawrid.net shows two version green and brown (screen shot attached) can any one please guide me what’s the difference between the two and from where to start , thanks and JazakAllah

There’s no difference in the translation – just the color is different.
