Is it compulsory to keep your back straight while in ruku. I tried but mine remains curved. I read in Meezan that Prophet said Namaz is not acceptable if your back isn’t straight. So is it that much important?

I can’t recall where Ghamidi sahab makes this case in Meezan for keeping the back straight in ruku. Please provide a reference from the book.

Thank you. Yes this is describing the position of the head and the back to where they are aligned (of course as much as possible). This position is achieved quite naturally when we bow down and hold our knees with our hands while keeping the head level with the back. This does not mean that if the back somewhat curves due to our bone structure, our salat will be invalid.
