Exiting Hellfire After Burning Of Sins
Posted by A Hasan on August 28, 2020 at 1:44 pmIs there anything from the Quranic corpus to suggest that people will be allowed into heaven after they have been punished accordingly in hell.
There are ahadeeth that suggest this- can they be used as an addition to our Islamic view?

Shirk however has been made unforgivable without repentance. Is this not a promise of punishment? Allah says he will not forgive shirk- how is this not a promise?
For example 33:63-64 is this also not a promise of eternal punishment

Also, if you read the flow of verses from (33:63-68), it becomes clear that it is an expression of conclusion/result (nateejay ka bayan) based on Allah’s ilm but subject to only Allah’s Mashiyat.

Moderator September 1, 2020 at 7:42 pmThe point under consideration is not whether it will stay forever or not, the actual point is that it is all subject to Allah’s mashiyat because if God had made a promise in Quran just like He did with Jannah, then there would have been no doubt about its eternity. Since Allah himself left the room open for His mashiyat to intervene in case of hell, therefore there is a room that His mashiyat can put an end to it (just a possibilit), if He so wills. (See Quran 6:128 And 11:105-108)
