Based on your valuable feedback, we have made some awesome updates to the Ask Ghamidi apps! You will notice much better readability and performance in both the Android and the iOS apps, while the desktop version will continue to function as beautifully as before. In addition to typographical changes, a new dedicated toolbar has been added to bottom of the screen giving you quick access to frequently used functions such as starting a new discussion (+ icon).

You need not do anything special to get the updated look. By the time you read this post, chances are that you are already upgraded! If not, you may have to exit and restart the app.

There are lots of other improvements on the list. We’ll continue to listen to your feedback and progressively keep enhancing Ask Ghamidi. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to send me a private message.
