  Making Up Prayers

  If prayers are fard in a certain time then what is the proof that we can make them up if we miss due to negligence (without a genuine excuse)

  There’s no such proof. We should repent to Allah SWT for such negligence, offer whatever prayers we can, and hope that He will accept them.
