Quran doesn’t work this way where it defines every term before start of every chapter and later explains those terms one by one. But the way things have been placed in Quran and the context of their explanation if given due regard, it leaves no doubt that this is the only difference between Nabi and Rasul whenever they are used as a terminology in Quran.

Please see for difference between terms Nabi and Rasul:

We sent a “rasul” towards every nation.

To whichever nation we sent a nabi as a “rasul”. Is rasul used in a diff meaning in both these verses?

They are used in the same meaning i.e. Rasul as a terminology, not in literal sense.

(Please do share the Quranic references with your question)

This is why I think that the difference is not so much or pronounced or perhaps even present. You can’t just say these words have specific meanings and then wherever it goes against you just say it’s used in it’s literal meaning

Quran (22:52) makes it very clear that Nabi and Rasul are different ranks:

[O Prophet!] Whichever messenger or prophet We sent before you was faced with the situation that whenever he desired something, Satan caused disruption in his desire. Then God obliterates this disruption of Satan; then God strengthens His revelations and God is knowing and wise. This happens so that God makes this disruption of Satan a means of trial for those who have the ailment [of hypocrisy] in their hearts and whose hearts are hardened. In reality, these unjust people have gone very far in [their] hostility. And this also happens because those who have been given the knowledge of the Book of God should fully know that the truth has come from your Lord. So, their faith should be strengthened on it and their hearts bow down before it. And it is God’s decision that He will definitely show the straight path to those who have accepted faith. (Quran 22:52-54)

The only difference of opinion is about difference in responsibilty/nature of these ranks, which according to Farahi School (And previously by Ibn e Hazm as well), lies in perfect coherence with Quran.

10:47 – “rasul” is used twice in this ayah. Is there also a diff between them?

No, there’s no difference here, Rasul is used as a terminology in both these instances.

Ghamidi Sahab is saying the same thing, please listen to it again.

Here Rasul is used as a terminology in both these instances of Quran (10:47) i.e. the one with responsibility of itmam-e-hujjat.

Ghamidi Sahab is using this verse as a defining principle of what is Rasul (as a terminology).
