If someone not able to perform hole Roza(29,30). Then he needs to give kaffara for Roza. So i want to know that what will be the kaffara for 1 roza to 29, 30 roza. Is it one time lunch or whole day for 1 roza.

    Suppose 1 Roza=50 rs for whole day(three times )

    30 roza = 1500rs for whole month.

If someone was unable to perform obligatory fasting because of some illness and sickness, it is obligatory for them to keep their left over fasts as soon as they recover from that sickness. However, if the sickness is of permanent nature, then one can pay fidya for their left over fasts. The fidya for one fast is meal for one day given to a deserving individual (an amount equal to what a person eats himself). The word kaffara is used when someone intentionally breaks their fast. Fidya and Kaffara are separate terms. Intentionally breaking the fast is a grave sin. If a person commits this sin, he should atone for it. The atonement which the Prophet (sws) prescribed was the same as the one the Quran has prescribed for zihar. However, it is evident from the Hadith that when the person expressed his inability, the Prophet (sws) did not insist on it (Sources: https://sunnah.com/bukhari:1936, https://sunnah.com/muslim:1111a).
