Islam doesn’t say anything about the law of attraction, just like it doesn’t tell us anything about the laws of motion or thermodynamics. The main purpose of God’s message is to warn us about the day of judgement and the afterlife. Knowledge that has to do with the life in this world is only discussed in religion if it adds anything to the main subject of religion.
In principle, as long as any worldly thing does not have any immoral or polytheistic aspects then it can be investigated and adapted if found to be useful. However, that should be done on the basis of evidence rather than speculations.
