سزائے کس بنیاد پر دی جا سکتی ہیں اور کون کون سی سزائیں دی جا سکتی ہیں اور کون سی سزائیں کسی معاشرے میں نہیں دی جا سکتی اور اگر نہیں دی جا سکتی تو کیوں نہیں دی جا سکتی؟

In general, these questions must be answered by the society and can vary in time and space. The divine punishments in the sharia are only for crimes concerning life, wealth, honor, and the collective system of a society, since there is no basis in human intellect to determine the parameters of such punishments.
