Utilitarian Approach To Morality Used By Atheists
My Question is
Is Islam about indviualism or Collectivism?
I am asking this question because liberalism is about indiviualism where one can define moral values, objectives based on pain and and pleasure. that is minimize the pain and maximize pleasure.

If I have understood you correctly, then what you’re referring to is ‘Utilitarian Approach’ in deciding good and evil based on apparent utility a particular action entails at an individual level. You may find the following critique by Ghamidi Sahab highly insightful in this regard.
