Assalamualaikum sir,
My mother’s friend is organizing a wedding ceremony. Her husband earn money through intrest. My question is, is it permissible to attend the wedding and eat there as the food will be bought by the interest money.

We are asked not to earn and consume riba our own selves. There’s no responsibility upon us to investigate others’ means of earning before we accept their invitations. Even if we know with certainty that they earn their living through riba, there’s no sin upon us in eating their food.
