  Recommendations For Books Of Fiqh On Divorce And Property Matters

  My brother is an advocate and mediator in highcourt often he has to deal with the cases of divorce between muslims couples and cases of dispute of property in muslim families. Is there any book which has a record of judgements delivered by four caliphs ulema and jurists in the light of quran and hadith to be used as a precedent ( nazeer) to counsel the parties or any book of fiqh which deals with such casesin the form of question answers (fatawas) either in english or urdu.
