I think it may be unethical because you are accessing amazon seller account from pakistan by using vps. As amazone does not authorize any person from pakistan to sell on amazone or control amazon seller account from pakistan.

To be hones, I have never heard of using VPS for amazon. Generally people buy services of a company to get virtual buisness address.

If you can explain the procedure in detail then may be Faisal sahab can give you better response.

I have no idea what a VPS is. Did you mean VPN?

In simple terms, VPN is a bridge between internet and user which hides the tracks while VPS is vitual server which mimics actual server

Question is simple, the use of vpn or vps is ethical? As we are hiding our location or telling them a false location like USA etc.

It can be unethical, but not necessarily. For example, if you have an employer or a client in the U.S. who allow you to get on their network using a their company’s VPN in order to access servers blocked in your country then there’s nothing unethical about it. A general ruling cannot be given for such problems – one has to decide on their own considering the situation at hand.

But can’t we just use VPN to hide our location, when we know almost all world govt. are trying to illegally collect our DATA to use it against us on usual basis.

Again, a general ruling can’t be provided. It depends on the purpose, the intent, and the applicable laws. Just because someone else is doing something wrong doesn’t make it permissible for us to do wrong as well. If you don’t like a law, make effort to get it changed – while still abiding by the law.

So, basically we have create our own small little Fiqh for our own little situation.

Also if Govt. become threat for its own citizens, I think we should take all precautionary measure.

What you termed as “own little fiqh” is known as ijtihad. Once we understand the four corners determined by the religion, we have to do ijtihad in many matters during our lifetime.

Please see the following hadith to see how prophet SAW reportedly explained it in such a beautiful manner:
