Not Cutting Nails Or Hair Before Eid
I have heard that this practice is from a hadith. What are the principles that would allow such a practice to enter Islam from khabr ahad? If the entire religion is transmitted with ijma and tawatur then if any action isn’t transmitted that way, isn’t that evidence against any khabr ahad that claims it is part of the religion?
