When new research in our Institutions discouraged, the free thinking curtailed… the itmaam’e’hujjat law of Quran described very lately, by Maulana Farahi and still is not agreed by our ulema and masses…

When the specific sunnat’e’Ilahi is understood as Muslim’s bravery, and special favor from Allah, a psychology of special/chosen people caused pride & takabbur in us rather than humility.

Is this the main reason that we are lacking in even clear vision of our problems at Society Level???and becoming a root cause of failures.. Since last 500 yrs.?

In my opinion, there are multiple factors. No clear vision is one of them.

About certain acts ie jihad which u mention subtly has very small part of it.
Armed reistance or so called jihadi terrorist emerged significantly after colonial period. if you find nuetral source, you will observe that each militant organization is backed by so called humaritanian and liberal govts.
For example formation of taliban, bosinian, bokoharam, and isis.
The ideology before colonial period was always used in a very limited aspect.

One of major reason which I believe is reason of failure of muslim society is that, early muslim didnt make organized way of transfer of power. The idea of successorshipo between forst 4 calpihs was good but not institutionalized. This lead to civil wars, corruption of religion by kings and sultan etc.

Understanding the law of itmam-e-hujjah is not a prerequisite for a nation to be morally or intellectually strong. The law of God for the nations is that their downfall comes when they fall behind in these two areas.
