Al-Mu’minun – 23:21
Arabic
وَإِنَّ لَكُمۡ فِى ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ لَعِبۡرَةًۖ نُّسۡقِيكُم مِّمَّا فِى بُطُونِهَا وَلَكُمۡ فِيهَا مَنَٰفِعُ كَثِيرَةٌ وَمِنۡهَا تَأۡكُلُونَ
In nahl it says butuunihi but in muminun it says butuunihaa

According to Dr. Fadli, he has established a rule from multiple examples that in the Arabic speach, feminine form words is used to indicates plenty الكثرة; therefore when the verse mentioned multiple usages, i.e., food, drink, support, aid, etc, the verse used the word بطونها in “feminine form”. But when the verse mentioned only 1 single use, i.e. milk, the verse used the word بطونه in “masculine form”.
Dr. Fadil Saleh Al Samarrai has written معاني النحو.
