Newspaper With Name Of Allah Written
Is it permissible to use newspaper that has Allah and Name of Prophet written on it for usage such as in house building and other purposes where there is chance of that being laid on ground and roaming in feets?

These are matters of adaab (etiquettes) and depends on one’s own sensitivity to these matters and practicality as well. In matters where it can be easy to sort them out, I’d prefer to do that. But in matters where there is a genuine need to use newspaper for secondary purposes and it is highly difficult to sort such portions among all the clutter, then I’d use them. But again, no absolute verdict can be given in this regard.
