What should I do if I made a mistake during prayer. For example, during the first rakat but only realised I made a mistake in the third rakat. Also, what if I realised I made a mistake some time after I completed the prayer? what should I do?

If u remember during prayers then u have to do sajda sehw.
If u remember after prayer. then based on this hadith https://sunnah.com/bukhari/22/4
my opinion is complete your prayer if the time has not passed and do sajda sehew.
