In same way Holy Prophet described remedies for it too. Like I heard one that he said do wuzu. So I am asking what remedies Holy Prophet suggested. Like did he suggested some Ayats of Quran etc. I want an answer on this regard. Just as it’s said to read 4 Quls! Is it Holy Prophet’s guidance? I wanted this information

i) Some remedies from the perspective of a how every Muslim should ask for Allah’s protection and Allah’s help whenever faced with any difficult situation or whenever one needs anything in this world. Therefore, Muslims were asked to supplicate for other Muslims whenever something of theirs impresses them, whether it be wealth or any other thing.
See: https://www.abuaminaelias.com/dailyhadithonline/2014/05/03/hasad-bless-mahsud/
ii) Some medicinal remedies that were prevalent at that time. One of them being ‘dam and jhar phonk/ruqyah‘ (جھاڑ پھونک) which was prevalent ‘Nafsi ilm‘ of that time, specially among jews. Second one also seems a prevalent tip (ٹوٹکا) at that time where the person who is supposed to be responsible for that evil-eye on the other person should do Wuzu or Ghusl and other person will recover from that. In shorter version of such narrations, it appears that the person being influenced is asked to take Ghusl (bath), but a detailed narration gives a different picture where the person influencing the other person with evil-eye is asked to take a bath.
Please see:
‘dam and jhar phonk/ruqyah’ (جھاڑ پھونک):

Prevalent tips (ٹوٹکا):

One narration in particular is more disturbing in this regard, where the person who influenced the other person was asked to take a bath and pour his bath water on the other person being influenced with his evil-eye.

Conclusion:
If someone considers them mere prevalent tips of that time to treat such issues, then it can be accepted to some extent, but if someone claims them to be a religious solution for evil-eye recommended by religion, then this cannot be accepted.
