    Aslaam o alikum!

I am a doctor working in UK. Here the doctor/ nursing recruitment agencies pay you a referral fee if you refer a candidate to them providing that referred candidate successfully get the job. E.g. if I refer a friend (doctor) to the recruitment agency for job and that friend gets the job, the agency will pays me say 500 pounds as a referral fee/ incentive. My question is accepting such fee is halal income?

In principle, all means of income are permissible except if they have any immoral or unjust aspects. There’s nothing impermissible in the referral fee income as you have described above.
