Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) Favorite Pass Time
Salaam,
My question is related to our Prophet’s favorite pass time. It’s understood that our Prophet’s main mission was to relay Allah’s message and give glad tidings to believers. What did our Prophet do to pass time or to kill time or to entertain Himself and His family? I have learned a few things such as sword fighting and other sports and/or i may be wrong but how did our Prophet entertain Himself and His family and how do we follow that in today’s times.

we find that occasionally the prophet (PBUH) adopted different recreational activities: like watching a special dancing of Ethiopian slaves, had a race with his wife Ayesha (RA), sword fighting and wrestling matches were arranged, and sometimes he enjoyed listening to poetry, etc.
